1. Anyone who wishes may include the shareware version of our software, as long as it is not modified in any way from the original. The latest versions of our software may always be found on our web site.†
2. Please indicate as clearly as possible in your packaging that some of the programs included in your collection are marketed under the shareware distribution model and that if customers like them they should pay the appropriate registration fees to the authors. Direct them to the software license we include in our shareware.
3. Never under any circumstances distribute the "registered" versions of our software, which are always indicated by the word "REG" at the end of the folder or archive name. We don't use serial #'s or passcodes to unlock our software, instead we rely on our customers and distribution partners to protect our license while distributing as many copies of the shareware version as possible.
4. We always appreciate knowing when our software is part of a new collection, so if you get a chance, drop us a line. Who knows, we may even buy a copy from you! If you have any forms you would like us to fill out, please don't hesitate to inquire.
